When item did not meet listed shipping date, I contacted the seller who responded same day, figured out what the issue with UPS was, and provided me new shipping information the following day. I was extremely pleased with the seller's willingness to work with me and extremely disappointed with the shipping service because they basically lost the item. Buy with confidence.

  I had another bad experience with this same item and another seller. The other seller never shipped the item. So, after this seller still hadn't shipped the item after creating a label for it and saying it "had shipped," i messaged them and asked for a refund if they never actually planned to ship it. I received a refund. They never planned to ship it.
