    This item was absolutely mint. I am so happy, it is perfect. It arrived so well packed, it could have been trampled by an elephant, and still survived unscathed. I was worried about buying such a delicate and expensive item from another country, ur this seller has proved that they are 100% respectful and trustworthy. I damaged my steering wheel controls on my 2021 Mini Cooper, and now, as you can see, it is back to being factory fresh. Thank you
