    Two major issues: 1) It took more than two weeks for the item to be delivered even though the seller and I both live in California 2) There was no evidence that the shaver heads were actually the Philips brand. They had been removed from any visible packaging, with no Philips logo on the individual shaver heads. Since there are many third-party shaver heads, the seller may have bought those at a low price and sent them, charging the price that one would pay for the genuine Philips product.

    Buyers remorse. USPS lost package so in order to help customer we shipped another package in this transaction we lost money but still we sent item. OEM Philips norelco head does not come with Philips logo on shaver head. We sent OEM Philips item . Please visit our store for 15 to 19% off sale thanks

    Seller sent non-functional item. Looks great on the outside but would not hold enough charge to work even for a few seconds. I reported the issue to him and he takes forever to reply, he admited he sent the wrong unit and suggests a $10 partial refund on a $70 purchase. He then accepted a full refund but refuses to send the shipping lable, while telling ebay he has to prevent me from being able to ask ebay for help or actually return the item. Using Ebay loopholes to scam me.
