    This is an incredible company to purchase from! Due to my own fault, part of my order was incorrect and could not be used for my installation. Seller was more than generous and immediately began arranging a partial exchange with a retailer near my home. Communication was excellent, sometimes at 9 p.m.! Exchange of item was completed yesterday. Thank you!!

    Giving a 1 star because I have to wait 7 days to give a negative review. I ordered this item on 4/6/2025 and it was supposed to be delivered on today Thursday 4/10/2025. I messaged the company on 4/08/2025 asking when they planned on shipping it since it was guaranteed to be delivered 2 days later and immediately after that message they created a shipping lable so I asked for a full refund and for them to keep the item here we are on today 4/10/2025 they have just finally shipped the item!

    Received very fast. Other items from eBay are taking even longer. Arrived good condition, but was not wrapped. All 4 containers seems to be fine. Good value for the money.

    This was well packaged, shipped quick and arrived on time. Was a perfect fit and matched the description. This is open top for updraft the rest is closed except for the filter door. Very pleased and price was super competitive with the free shipping. 5 star rating 5 star service.
