    The seller acted perfectly, but was let down by the delivery people. I was given a refund immediately, when I said the item was not delivered when it should have been, but then the item was delivered ten days late! When it arrived, it was exactly as described in the ad. Brilliant customer service from the seller. Thank you.

    Although I didn’t receive my full order, I will still leave a positive review as the company answered my messages promptly and sent out replacements which, unfortunately, still didn’t arrive. After more messaging they agreed a refund, which I have received without I Sue. It’s a shame that the items were lost but the company were very professional about it. I would use them again when I need to.
