  Had an issue with the quality of the first door lock I received. I messaged and they were very timely and kind in response. I was sent a package slip and told that they only sell new products. I sent the used one in and received the replacement a few days later! Awesome and honest folks!

  Received Wedge Alarm | Door Stopper w/ Built-in Alarm today, as described. Arrived pretty quickly. Is brand new in package, I haven't opened it, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Great value for the security it provides when I'm overseas without my security dog. Thanks so much!!! :)

  When I received the product the outside box was definite not new but that was okay until I open the box and the USB cord and instructions were missing. Reach out to seller and received a fast response. USB will ship separately and gave me a link to the instructions. I'm really not sure if the product is new as stated in the advertisement.
