  This seller is so helpful and kind!! When eBay was making it virtually impossible for the seller to combine shipping prior to checking out (for both of us!), the seller refunded me the difference on combined shipping costs!!   The DVDs were in excellent shape, but when I got the package and went through them, I was missing one of the discs in the set. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded by apologizing and refunding my money. I was very grateful for their quick response and apology. I am sure they did not knowingly ship the disc set missing one of the discs. This was a very positive interaction and I did buy from this seller again and everything was perfect. Hence the 5 star review.

  Highly recommend this seller. Item arrived with some kind of dirt or something on the top. She offered a refund but I was able to get the stain out myself. She still provided a partial refund. Thank you for your customer service. Much appreciated.

  Sperry deck shoes. Advertised size 13, but sent 10 which was clearly marked on the shoe. Asked ebay what to do. Told to wait for seller's label as it also contains prepaid return postage. Seller tells me label has been mailed. Waited 9 days. No label. Numerous emails. Ask for address so 'I' can mail it back. Their response, ‘it's in your ebay acct.’ Looked but only city/state listed. NO street address. Had to email again to finally get street. Refund? ..Don't care. just want to end nightmare.
