  Two main reasons for low rating. Item pictured was not item described. Wanted item pictured. Tried messaging three times before buying to clarify, no answer. Made purchase. Got item described, not item pictured. After receiving, messaged again with notice of intent to give poor review ASAP. Seller finally replIed. Offered to make right. They apparently don't have item pictured. That was never clarified. Offered refund upon return. Awaiting refund.
