  I bought an Xbox one s and got it delivered in 3 days unfortunately the controller had stick drift which was not mentioned but it was not a problem because the seller refunded me 40 dollars and was able to buy another controller now have 2 and the seller responded really fast to had a really good experience and will be back thank you.

  Very quick at responding questions and sending out goods after payment. Both goods and shipping charges are priced very reasonably. Would highly recommend buying from based on the aforementioned. Unfortunately, eBay cancelled the delivery, so I am unable to comment on other aspects such as shipping time.

  We have nothing to do with the cancellation. Ebay cancelled and ebay refunded this order. Again we have nothing to do with this. We have 2 negatives now for the same items that ebay cancelled. We did not cancel either...and had no clue either was cancelled....this buyer never even contacted us.

  I owe you an apology : Sorry!!! I finally received the respond from the customer service for the Logistic Team. They said it is because the item s size or weight is unacceptable for international shipping and give me a link for buyer s international shipping program terms & conditions.However, after reading twice, I cannot find any wording about SIZE and Weight. It simply is the Subjective Discretion of the eBay side. eBay is horribly legally and morally wrong to confiscate an item like this.

  We shipped the item. Then ebay contacted the buyer to say shipment couldnt be shipped to where they wanted so ebay chose on their own to give a refund. We literally have nothing to do with this. Tried explaining to this guy twice that we have nothing to do with this but that answer did not go over well. We have not control and have no ability to help. From what I can tell he got a full refund from ebay. We have no choice in any of this.

  Shipping was incredibly fast and packaging was great. The price was a real bargain especially with the winch and guide rail accessories. The photos were so good in the posting that I could see from the photos that a couple of minor parts were missing but that was not a deal breaker because I knew the manufacturer has them.
