    Switch arrived 2 days later than expected and the box it came in was soaked, but this USPS' fault and not the seller's. The switch itself was packed well and was bone-dry with no moisture on or around it. The switch itself arrived as described and looked brand new with no scuffs, dings, or scratches. For the price, this switch was a great deal and I will be doing business with this seller again.

    This was by far the best packaged piece of rack equipment I have ever received from an ebay seller! Bravo, you win! Switch was in good physical shape (as described) and working as expected. This switch is a great value for a home lab and I would highly recommend it and the seller.

    Incredibly fast shipping! Showed up next day. Pictures reflected unit condition. Great packaging! Easy transaction. HOWEVER - When powered up then unit shows the battery pack completely dead. Costing me $180 for a new pack.

    Shipping was fast, with a solid packaging but the product wasn't as described but the seller was quick enough to give me a partial refund. Overall, AAA+ seller and i would like to shop with them in the future.
