  Purchased item, paid instantly, seller contacted me, said item would be shipped and a tracking number would be provided. A week later I check on status. No tracking number, item shows shipped. Then I get an email reading order has been canceled/refunded. Now the same item has been re-listed at a higher price. No explanation, no reason. I NEEDED those vacuum bags last week. 100% negative experience. Can NOT recommend this seller. VERY shady business practice.

  We initiated your refund because our courier unfortunately lost the order. This was explained in the refund request. We would have gladly reshipped your order, but unfortunately, we do not have any units in stock at this time. The listing has already ended and is no longer available. We strongly reject this unfounded and inappropriate attempt to damage our reputation.

  It was shipped in a bag. Glad it was, because it looks like the original package was opened and I had to count to make sure I got all of what I ordered. It only took 2 days so it was fast and it was as described, but again the original package was opened. I would rather wait a little longer to get my purchase in the original package. I doubt if I buy again.

While we ar glad the item was delivered quickly and as described, I understand your concern about the original package being opened. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. We occasionally repackage items to ensure faster and safer shipping, but it’s never our intent to create confusion or concern about product completeness or quality.
