    Shipping was fast. Packaging was very nice. Came in a nice box and inside a smaller jewelry box and included my certificates from the Gem. institute each in nice plastic sleeves. The diamonds are beautiful and the settings are just perfect. They are better than described. The value is fantastic. The customer service and communication was excellent and quick. This is my 4th lab grown diamond item I’ve purchased from this seller and I’m very happy to have found a seller I trust.

    Pictures don’t do justice on how beautiful this ring is. Received certificate for the diamond in a clear protective sleeve. Everything was in perfect condition. Quality and value can’t be beat! Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and has helped me out a lot with ensuring I get the perfect ring. They’ve gained a lifetime customer! Thank you Oliver Navy!

    Packaged arrived quickly. They sent it in a box and bags along with my certificate for each lab created diamonds. They were exactly as described and the price was very good compared to a mined diamond. I will buy from them again!

    I ordered several items from Oliver Navy. All were perfect. Except one. It was the wrong size. I messaged them and they replaced it and sent me a shipping lable for return. It was on a Friday. The correct one was in my mailbox on Monday. I would not hesitate buying from them again with no problem. A+
