I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.

He is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He answered my many questions in a timely manner and was very patient through the process. I gave Olivier the measurements and it fits the recipient to a tee. The package was well wrapped and the shipping was quick. I am so pleased that I have ordered a second coat.
