    Item received exactly as purchased. I believe I got a good value for what I received - brand new! It fit well, with the quality you’d expect from the brand. Packaged well; postage wasn’t a big deal, I thrive to find gems with free postage. We didn’t haggle around with pricing- great seller! I would definitely purchase from them again. 5/5 on ALL criteria met!

    Unfortunately there was an issue with the postal service delivering the item, and it showed as being returned to the sender. Galina was amazing and honest; she verified the package had been shipped back to her, and although the post office claimed they didn’t know where it was, she issued a full refund. Thank you for being so honest! Amazing customer service!

    I gave the seller 5 stars across the board,there was a slight issue with the item when it arrived & when I contacted the seller to work out a solution they responded very quickly,were very helpful & offered several very generous options to rectify the situation. We came to an agreement & although I am disappointed with the item (which is not the sellers fault), I am extremely happy with the seller & would absolutely do business with them again!Thanks again sir, I truly appreciate your integrity!
