  Part arrived as described.. part fitted...job done. Brad communicated to explain he was super busy dealing with other important issues so I was relaxed about delivery. More importantly to me, he is honest and made sure I was satisfied. Would happily use again. Thanks.

  I was looking forward to my Bose ii but had no indication from the many stared seller of when and where etc it was. Looking on my invoice I could see that the item wasn't tracked which concerned me and I had received no email confirmation of posting and nothing in junk, either. All of a sudden it turned up 10 days later but there had been no indication of when. I can only think that the seller had forgotten, had a personal worry or some other thing got in the way of his communication

  Bought item 20/09, paid £79 immediately. Delivery expected 3 days later as told by advert. Seller stated item had been posted, pre 29/9 but couldn't find Tracking Number. By 30/09 still no Tracking Number or item. Wasn't until I said I would complain to eBay by 6pm on 1/10 that item was actually posted. Arrived 3/10. Seller not fully committed to customer values. Item posted 12 days late and seller lied about posting date and withheld tracking Number.

  the buyer opened a case item not received, no prior contact so i found the item to be at a main royalmail depot WITH LABEL DAMAGE, returned to sender and rebooked so yes it was re sent out once received back the buyer was a feedback threatener and because i said do what you like there is the feedback bored of it do what you wish, i have 2 jobs so when you dont get a reply in 2 minutes theres your answer

  Item arrived very well packed is as described very pleased with purchase but communication could have been better eas supposed to be delivered by the 7 January had to get in touch with ebay and it was posted on the 8 January

  catching up with my sales as i am well behind from christmas, i work alone and i dont think general public realise what a few weeks does to you when you return its just i want it now well i want it gone too but it doesnt magicly do it im catching up, spending few minutes a message over a day is 20/30minutes from enquiries also you could spend 1/2hours messaging however thats not getting parcels out faster do you want a chat or me to get on packing. no one thinks about yes it was christmas
