  Communication was not good at all. I left a note on the order it was ignored. I called them due to the package being stuck in a loop and was told sorry about your luck looks like you need to file a claim and then they hung up. It’s definitely not the level of company that I thought it was. I did finally get the item and it was undamaged and new condition.

  My parts were mislabeled and not accurate. After 19 back and forth ebay messages with lots of pictures, a return or two, and a couple of phone calls and still no solution, I suggested what I believed was a solution that would work for me by shortening one of the hoses. They said ok. Then they said no,' the boss says we can't do that'. I spent a month worth of back and forth time and a lot of effort with this issue just to be let down and am very disappointed with these guys. Be advised.
