  Shipping was fast and item was packages safely and securely. It arrived in great condition, same as pictured. I ran into an issue when I went to use it. It was NOT anything wrong with the system, which was brilliant and high quality. Great workmanship. The issue was with my personal, existing equipment as far as I can tell. The seller and I had fantastic communication and they resolved the issue by giving me my options. I would hope more sellers were like this one. Fantastic experience.

  7800 arrived quickly, packaged to protect, and works great. Clean av mod install and looks wonderful. We had a few hiccups with the power supply, but seller was very responsive and super quick to resolve the issue and get me a replacement. So happy with this purchase I bought another listing from the seller.

  Came packaged well, but had issues with a bad CPU or POKEY on the board judging by the symptoms. Videos were even done showing that with ctrl-alt-rees on another 5200. Sent it back to the seller who told me to file a return. Once I did, the communications stopped. Then once it was back to him and I was to be refunded, he instead claimed it to be a “bad solder joint” and that a refund would be bad for him so he didn’t put it through. eBay had to do it themselves.

  Buyer said they wanted it fixed and returned. Buyer stopped responding once it was fixed, no replies to my messages. Buyer thought they knew what the problem was after a google search but that was not the case. The problem was a bad solder joint that was my fault but I guess this person knows better than me. Refund was issued in full.

  Arrived very fast in Australia and was very well packed :) the battery cover fits my old Donkey Kong coleco mini arcade perfectly well, very happy. Brilliant quality! A great seller! A+++++++
