    Had a small issue with the eBay site regarding the make an offer feature. The seller immediately contacted ebay and the matter was resolved. Outstanding customer service and communication with the seller. Received earlier than scheduled, very very well packaged. I received the item that was pictured, a very nice Made in The USA vintage tool still in the original packaging. I will be hanging it on my garage wall, unopened, with some similar older items. Made my day :)
