  Item as described and good value. Order marked as dispatched (48 hour tracked) but no tracking number provided and still not delivered over a week later. I informed seller of this but received no communication. A tracking number then appeared and item delivered 48 hours later. I suspect first order not posted, but no communication to say as such.

  I have previously bought lots of lovely fabric from this seller and had no problems at all…but this time things seemed to go wrong. My order did not arrive when expected based on their despatch time, I messaged after waiting a week and there was a day’s wait to get a response. The seller kindly resolved the matter by sending my fabric out using the Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery yesterday and it arrived safely today. I wonder if the seller is simply overwhelmed with orders & needs some help?

  I ordered this item on the 30th December 2024. The item was despatched on 31st December 2024. The delivery window was 2nd or 3rd of January 2025. However for some reason the item was only received on the 9th of January. The communication between myself and the seller was very good and I think this was the fault of Royal Mail. I am very happy with the item,it arrived very well packaged. Would recommend this seller and would use again.

  Sadly this fabric was out of stock, the seller messaged me straight away to check if I wanted a substitute. Unfortunately I didn't see the message and got in touch after a couple of weeks as I was concerned that the item was missing in the post. Seller's communication was excellent (and understanding) and we resolved my oversight very quickly and easily. Alternate fabric is lovely and just as described. Huge thanks Kim, A* seller and lovely shop.

  I ordered a couple of 200g balls of wool which were well packaged, were as shown online and were also good value. Very pleased with the quality of them and will be back. Dispatch was very prompt although delivery by Royal Mail was later than expected but considering the weather conditions (snow, ice etc) at the time, it was hardly surprising. Overall, a positive experience. Many thanks!
