  I ordered the concert Aventurine standee and it came perfectly packaged, just as pictured, and arrived quickly as well. The cost of shipping went down after I placed the order, and the seller was very quick to respond to my message about it and kindly refunded the difference to me! Wonderful communication and definitely a go to for hoyo products!

  As usual, this seller impressed me. They communicate about packages, make sure everything is sent out in a timely fashion, and pack the items well. The pin was just as shown and in new packaging.

  Seller messaged me to let me know when it would ship and about my other items in preorder. They were (and still have been) very quick to respond to any of my questions. Item was shipped in a large padded box with plenty of stuffing to keep it safe during the journey overseas. I'm very happy and will be purchasing from this seller again!

  Excellent quality and condition, for a reasonable price (including shipping). Arrived perfectly wrapped though took a bit of time this time for some reason, but nevertheless good arrival with no extended delays or anything. Communicative seller, would recommend the shop as it's definitely accredited! Very happy with my purchase and item, and it looks amazing now that I have it on my wall. ~

  This seller is the best way to get official Mihoyo merch in countries where it is not sold. I have bought from them several times, and they always ship promptly, and communicate clearly. The products are packed well and always in perfect condition. I will certainly purchase from them again.

  I purchased the Himeko Official Figure. Came very quickly in good packaging, and the item in perfect condition! The seller had wonderful communication, I also purchased some preorder items and they explained the process for all of it. They let me know every step of the way where my purchased item was. Shipping can be a little pricey, but it is shipped overseas and fully understandable why. Highly recommend this seller.
