  Unfortunately I could not get the stems through my pierced ears. I contacted the seller through ebay and they asked if I would prefer a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement but in a different style. These arrived very quickly and I was delighted with them. I was told there was no need to return the original earrings which I have given to a friend. Excellent customer service.

  Beautiful earrings, exactly as described sadly one post was broken on arrival but the seller provided excellent service and refunded straight away, such a shame I didn't have time to wait for another pair as they were a birthday present and I didn't have time to wait. Thank you

  Really pleased with these. I ordered them as the seller had an offer of buy 2 get 1 free so they are a pleasant extra. I’ve ordered from this seller a couple times and I’ve never been disappointed. The earrings are the perfect size. Arrived well packaged and quickly. Excellent value for money.
