    Fantastic chair. Excellent price. Clean, looked almost unused. This chair was very heavy and the boxes large so the high shipping fee is understandable. Quick shipping. Tracking info was spot on. The chair was packed very well, arrived in two boxes. Great experience with this seller.

    Crazy fast shipping 100 out of 10 on packaging to ensure no damage done during shipping. Chair exactly as described, I would never have guessed this was refurbished, it looks and feels like a brand new chair. Highly recommend office chair solutions, pleasure doing business with them.

    Exactly as shown, arrived quickly in great condition, plus assembly hinge. What a great find - the replacement part for the long-discontinued swiveling arms on my Freedom chair. Seller was also incredibly helpful, responded quickly, talked me through everything, and even upgraded shipping so I could get it in time for the tech visit next week!
