  This was the ideal transaction all around. Before I made my purchase, I had some questions about the item I wanted to purchase. The seller (SOZO Outlet) took the time to answer ALL my questions satisfactorily. Once I had made my purchase, they continued to message me & update me through the entire shipping process up until my package arrived. It arrive on time.   The shipping was fast. What I read in the description showed it to be hid headlight and when I received it, it is not hid headlight. It's an LED so therefore it will not fit my car but the packaging was right on everything was just like the listing said. Except for again they said it was hid headlight and not an LED headlight. So therefore I need to send it back but I do think you again for responding to me. Hopefully I have no problem shipping it back to you

  Used OEM Isuzu Axiom Alternator is as described and a good value for the money. I had the alternator bench tested and it passed ( as seen in video). I highly recommend seller and would certainly buy from again. Shipping was fast, however packaging should have been better; alternator was falling out of box. If the box had been tapped better, packaging would have been sufficient.

  Item arrived within the timeframe, mirror was as described, installed and is working great, and for the best price I could find. Overall a pleasant and easy transaction. Packaging was a little beat up but it didn't affect the item inside. Have purchased from previously and will purchase from again with confidence! Thank you!

  I was really excited to get this part for my sister’s car to replace her sun visor in her car but the seller shipped in the wrong part today. It looks NOTHING like it was described and shown on their page. I just contacted then to see if they can fix this order and send the right part, otherwise we have a problem and i could have been ripped of with MY money. I’m really disappointed because i thought i got what i ordered as it was described. I’m kinda forced to leave positive feedback too :(

  The radio came as it has been described. Good packaging and good value. But it took more than a week, not happy with the shipping. Overall my experience is good and so I'd leave a 4 star.
