    UPS lost the item in transit. The seller was very proactive and started a claim with UPS and eventually refunded my purchase once UPS notified him that they could not locate the package. Unfortunately I did not receive the item, but Greg made a bad situation into a positive experience; he even called me to verify it had not arrived and to express his disappointment as he knew I really wanted this item. Things happen and I'd do business with him again in the future; very honest and helpful.

    Lightning fast delivery. I was shocked to receive the item overnight. It was packaged with extreme care. Item was described as used but it looked practically new. I cannot comment on the installation as it was handled by a professional mechanic. The part functions as expected. I'm incredibly happy with this seller and would purchase again.

    I bought this Information Info Radio Touch Screen for my 2008 Prius. The product was as described, it was in excellent condition. Very well packaged. Great value por the price. The seller even contacted me to be sure I was buying the correct model. And the shipping was fast. Definitely highly recommended.
