    Item had a few more issues than what was described but seller resolved quickly thank you. Can't give an A+ since bottom cover front clips were all damaged but they resolved fast so they still get a A. I wouldn't mind paying for shipping to get that SSD RF shield if happen to find one. Priced right in the end for a 10810U with some damage. Would do business again but I'll have to ask more detail I guess. Packaging and Shipping were good.

    the product is of good quality My purchase/package arrived in very good condition and well protected. The most important thing is that it arrived sealed and in its original packaging!! I will definitely buy it again!! Communication with the seller was good. The description was exact as the post mentioned!!

    Device was shipped promptly and with absolutely perfect packaging. Very well secured and protected. Device was just advertised at a very good price, seller is doing a great service by selling these perfectly usable used devices that would have otherwise gone to waste.

    I just received my product in EXCELLENT condition and love the packing which kept it well protected. Keyboard looks very nice and brand new; you can tell it was perfectly packaged. I am beyond happy with everything- the vendor, the product, price, and time it arrived which was very fast. A++ highly recommend this vendor!
