  Shipping was quick and it was well Packaged. Item was in great shape as described. Buy like new, used saved me $150 bucks. The only thing was they described it as beige and the color code was ivory. But otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase.

  I ordered a Auxiliary switches for my 2016 Ram 2500. My auxiliary switches was packed up nice and i received my auxiliary switch within the timeframe. My auxiliary switch worked as described. It was a great value considering a new one is so much more expensive. I would definitely purchase from seller again. I am very pleased.

  The incorrect mirror was sent, and the seller was not able to provide the product purchased. Item was sent back, and the refund was not immediately issued. This was a premium price for a used OEM part. I paid promptly, shipped back promptly, and replied promptly. I expect the same from a seller. Refund was received, but not immediate upon receipt of the return.

  Ebay's policy is the refund has to be completed within 2 business days after the item is received back. Most online retailers do not issue returns instantly upon arrival the item. Amazon does on most items but even they have excepetions for a delayed refund process. It has to be inspected and processed, which is what we do after we receive the item.
