  Fantastic seller! They answered my questions prior to purchasing, provided me with expedient service, resolved the ACM failure, and shipped the unit back within a day of receiving it. I highly recommend this seller! The price was very reasonable, they wrapped the item so it arrived safely and it great condition, and the quality of their work is wonderful!   Superior service provided by ORM Auto Audio! Quick shipping, and the amp I ordered arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately it was not the problem with my car, and Joe responded to my questions quickly. I returned the amp, but I know exactly where to go with any audio issues in my car in the future! I wish every buying experience could be like this!

  Very satisfied with the repair of my factory Bose amplifier. They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !

  Awesome guys, everything went very smoothly. Sent my fault amp from Australia to New York (just could not get it fixed locally) Quick turn around, fast shipping and good communications. Would definitely recommend and use again (hopefully would not need it :-))
