  This business claims my package was free shipping. When I pick it up at the USPS, the mailman tells me I owed a certain amount of money. When I inquire, they tell me the seller had sent the package as Media Mail to get a discount, but since it's not authorized, the USPS charged me for shipping. Think twice before buying from this business.

  I really don't understand your comment. Regardless of the package category, when free shipping is offered, the USPS automatically charges my account if it deems a weight difference to be paid. Under no circumstances will it be my customers'. I still refunded the full amount because my customers are my priority.I don't consider it worthy of a comment like yours. When I received the request for a refund for the shipping cost, I didn't hesitate to refund the full amount of the order.
