There's more wear on the instruction book than on the flash itself. It also arrived on the exact day it was supposed to. I've contacted USPS which is one half block from where I live. As soon as anything develops, I'll update you on the status. Sorry about providing this message. We've had issues with USPS in this area of San Francisco where packages are delivered to the wrong address. Thanks again for the prompt sending of the DVDs.
