  Seller is great and attentive. Item arrived damaged and quickly replaced. Quality is more on par with a China Walmart item; should be selling for $399 or $499.00. It's not 100% stainless as only the outer casing is stainless and a lower lightweight grade; not 304 or 316. Gears are cast steel; maybe galvanized. There is NO fire protection at all as the bottom is totally open so you have to take precautions with this. The 12V wiring/motor is also exposed with no heat protect. Grossly overpriced.

  Our grills are Made in Brazil, not China, and it is made of stainless steel AISI 430 - used in NSF certified equipment for professional use. The gears in galvanized metal to avoid oxidation. This main box of the grill, was designed to have the bottom part opened to ventilate the electrical system and to avoid overheating of the motor. This part is NOT supposed to be on top of a charcoal firebox. We have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide and, we always offer our best and fair prices.

  Compared quality to China; not mfg. As stated, NOT 100% stainless per listing & lower grade. Gears are not stainless and squeaks like a flock of tweeting birds but assume with a bit of oil and some time the gears will work themselves out. Agree would not survive over firebox, but still close & unprotected with no bottom. 12V wiring not weather or heat protected in anyway, nor is the separate control box. Not weather grade like typical 304 stainless commercial products. Value $299 or $399.00.

  An absolute gem! I love this BBQ top to bottom. Exceptional build quality. Super clean stainless steel look / feel. Nice and thick metal. Ceramic pit for great charcoal BBQing experience. Self-rotating skewers. I can't say enough great things about this product. To top it off, the vendor reached out to thank me for placing the order and confirm all of the items that are being shipped to make sure it's to my liking. He also very generously included an additional gift to my shipment.
