  I can't really leave anything but a 'positive' because we got there in the end! The first item sent was faulty and the returns process was needlessly tedious and they ended up telling me not to return the item anyway! This is the problem when the item is being sold by a company based in China, masquerading s a UK based supplier. That said however, I eventually got what I ordered and it was good value.

  Arrived early despite coming from China. Well packed (the box had been opened by Customs - I had to pay import duty to receive the item). Works well, nice, clear picture and smooth operation. The supplier was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Very happy to buy from this seller again.

  Lost the fuel rail to my CT500. Reached out to the seller and they posted a replacement for me to purchase. Shipped the item within hours of receiving payment. The fuel rail arrived in a week. Great seller and I wish every company was like this. Or at least I wish this company sold other things like phones, TVs, and everyting else. I would only buy from them. Thanks again.

  The item was as described, and shipping was fast. I did have an issue with the unit not functioning properly at the beginning, but the seller helped resolve the issue promptly. The machine seems to be functioning properly and as designed. A couple of the injector adapter wires were improperly manufactured and were shorted out. The seller has promised to replace them. I would give 5 stars if I had not had to perform immediate repairs the machine.

  The seller came through with replacement parts as promised. There was excellent communication and quick responses from the seller. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. The machine is now operating as designed.
