    Was as described, shipping box was weak and broken. Shipping also took a very long time as it's international. Did not come from spain oddly enough though.

    Ho acquistato più volte da questo venditore ed è sempre andato tutto bene ma questa volta non ha mai spedito la merce anche se l'ha contrassegnata spedita, ho chiesto più volte il numero di dedizione ma non ha mai risposto, ho dovuti aprire una controversia per avere il rimborso. Mi dispiace perché le creme sono ottime ma il venditore è inaffidabile .

    It didn't go well with my last order, (have been a customer for a number of years) which was mysteriously cancelled and money refunded. I waited a few weeks and then reordered, and I'm delighted that this time I have my tea. The delivery time was 10 days overdue, which caused concerns....

    I have been on eBay since 2003 and this is in the top 5 of catastrophically bad orders. Advert states 2 weeks wait, which is OK. After these 2 weeks I claim. Their reply is a simple "the order has now been shipped". 4 weeks since order no delivery. Write (twice) asking for my goods. No reply. Have to raise an issue with eBay to get my money back. IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
