    This seller has gone above and beyond as far as I am concerned. They answered questions after hours on a holiday weekend, sent messages about shipping details, and even got this GPU shipped out much sooner than expected. This seller has earned a repeat customer. Would definitely recommend them!

    Several (4) of large lot (10) GPUs arrived DOA or damaged (e.g., surface mount PC sheared off) in transit. Shared photos and bench test results with seller, who after review, concurred. There was no replacement GPUs readily available in stock so seller issued partial refund. Excellent communications and very responsive. Reasonable business practice of verifying item damage. Would buy from again!

    The seller provided working pictures before it was shipped out, the item was as described and I can even say it was slightly better than described. The MacBook screen was packaged very well and I was not at all worried about any shipping damage. After about 20 minutes replacing my screen, everything was perfect! Thank you NYTECHSOURCE!

    Item was misrepresented. Photos showed a network card with the short bracket for use in low-profile machines, but I was sent a card with the tall bracket. Pricing was consistent with other listings WITH THE SHORT BRACKET. Seller did not respond to my messages. I ended up having to purchase the short bracket required for my application from another seller. Would not purchase from this seller again.
