  Los lentes llegaron quebrados no venían en la caja protectora sino que afuera. El paquete venía en una caja de cartón y venían separados los lentes en una bolsa plástica y la caja protectora en otra bolsa plástica me parece ilógico que la caja protectora no trajera los lentes adentro por lo que me gustaría me los reembolsaran o que me los envían en buenas condiciones

  We are sorry to hear that the DEMO lenses arrived damaged. These plastic DEMO lenses are there just to show how the frames will look with the lenses on. These demo lenses are not intended for daily use and must be changed. P.S. We contacted the buyer TWICE to let him know that we provide FREE RETURNS, we never received a reply, he never returned the item.
