    Great quality, not sure it was new by the packaging it was delivered in however it works perfectly fine. The value was fair. I did not worry about the appearance or packaging. Great seller and shipping was a little slow but worth the wait. Works as described.

    Despite terrible service from the shipping company, seller provided regular feedback and refunded after the package was declared lost. Well handled despite the situation! All in all, a positive interaction and outcome.

    Wrong item was received. Contacted twice with one response and waited for 2 weeks. No corrective action was taken. Wasted my time waiting. Sent back and got my refund. Wouldn’t recommend this seller at all.

    Good seller highly recommended great communication just make sure you tell him to make sure he do all the flashing process cause if something is not right and you don’t have the usb flasher you will have to send the module back or get the flashlogic usb flasher

    First negative feedback in 20 years. Took forever to ship. Arrived a week late. When I contacted the seller, they lied and said it will ship today. Of course, it didn't. After waiting three weeks, the wrong item arrived. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. This seller is awful. Don't buy unless you are willing to waste weeks, then drive to the FedEx store to return and then wait even longer for a refund. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation.

    Be careful buying here if you want/need your item in a timely fashion. It was over a week after receiving tracking number that the item never moved. I contact seller he says “I’m looking into this now” he said it must have gotten lost. Then the next day he “magically” tells me it’s on its way, that he shipped another. Just so happens the tracking number was identical. Hmmm bizarre, I didn’t know you could reuse a tracking number. Learn something new everyday. Don’t waste your time or energy.
