  Fast shipping and item exactly as described. This was my first time buying a phone from a non-phone retailer; I was nervous, especially after general horror stories about buying phones online. Glad I took the chance! The seller wasn’t quite as responsive as some reviews suggested, but replies weren’t unreasonably delayed either—just caught me off guard. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again if needed!

  Incredible service, the seller called to confirm my phone provider before shipping. Item arrived in three days looking brand new! I've added this individual to my favorite sellers. I will be buying from again! Excellent phone, phenomenal service and price. Doing worry about anything with this seller. By far one of the best sellers I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my three decades of using eBay.

  I ended up buying this tablet, and unfortunately it ended up being defective. But, I am leaving this 5 star review for the customer service I received. The seller was quick (like within 1h) of me messaging the seller got back to me with options how to proceed. They were very quick to help me return the product, and even after I returned the product, they were providing me with updates, asking if I wanted the item sent back to me after they fixed it. Honestly best customer service Ive had on ebay

  Seller always responded to my (admittedly unconventional) questions within minutes and the phone shipped the same day that I paid for it. 10/10 Great experience with this seller and would buy from them again.

  Wow I can't say how amazing this supplier is! The shipping company made a mistake and without any issues they refunded me the money when they didn't have to! By far the best customer service I have ever had and the professional response with extreme kindness was above and beyond! Thank you to this supplier! Cell phone was and is wonderful.

  Item was in new condition but wrong item ordered. Vendor accepted return request immediately and item shipped back to vendor at their cost. Very pleased with vendors response. Should be credited to my card in a few days.
