    NWA Outfitters shipped my jacket within 24 hours of purchase, and it arrived a few days later in a nice strong box, neatly folded, and protected by a plastic bag. It smelled clean and was exactly as described. A perfect fit. It is slightly a slightly darker grey than what I saw in the picture, indicating the bright lighting under which the shot was taken, but the color works as I intended and I'm well pleased with the purchase. A reliable service, which I appreciate. Thank you.

    The jacket was exactly as described. I’m very happy with with the purchase. The item was fairly priced with reasonable shipping. The jacket was packaged well to prevent any damage in shipping. Definitely recommend this seller!

    Excellent seller even though there was an error in the listing. The seller made it right no issues. Even though we didn't get the jacket we thought we were going to get, an honest mistake, they made it right with no fuss about it and refunded the instant they got the really nice used jacket back. We would definitely buy from them again on this principle alone. Looking forward to another purchase. Kind thanks:)
