  Let’s start with the company amazing ation, I had several questions. They replied quickly even on a weekend answered all my questions I needed a ladder that had the balance bar on both legs. They upgraded me to that unit, shipping was here a day early couldn’t be happier what an amazing experience, I’ve unboxed the ladder. It works perfectly.   I think it was used, the price was right, anyway, but as far as I can tell it's a new unit. Refurbished maybe? Packed nicely, clean, got here in record time (2 or 3 days) and works great. Thanks for a fine transaction.
