  The supplements I ordered came very quick and in a timely manner and they were well packed. The supplements themselves seem good quality and are as they appear in the Ebay ad with an accurate item description. On this occasion at the checkout, I didn't get my promised discount. However, the buissness rep went out of her way to get the difference refunded to me a fews days after the sale, so 5 stars there for genuine communication and good customer service. A+*****

  Excellent seller. Have bought this from this seller a number of times. As before speedy dispatch and delivery. Extremely well packaged and great care taken to protect in transit. Therefore arrived in perfect condition. As described in detailed and accurate description. Very good value and good quality. Very happy with purchase and would be very happy to purchase from this seller again.

  Love the product and always good service. However, I can't keep up with the price rises. Please cut down on the P+P, Though not an extra it is included in the price. I received a small plastic bottle in an oversized box by Royal Mail. The bottle could be in a jiffy bag as all other sellers use, making it smaller and lighter for postal costs. Bear in mind some of us take multiple supplements, so every penny counts.

  Generally very satisfactory. The product arrived quickly and was in new sealed condition as described. The postman knocked and took a photo before handing me the parcel, which consisted of a cardboard box. If I had not been in, I don't think it would have fitted through a letter box which could lead to problems for some customers.

  A remarkably fast service. My order was placed yesterday morning and it arrived on the Isle of Wight within 24 hours! I have used this product for several years and it certainly does what it is claimed to do. It is also excellent value when ordered in larger quantities. It is unfortunate that it is despatched in such large cartons.

  Can't rate the item as it's only just arrived, but I guess delivery was reasonable given it's December, and the item was well packaged. When I contacted the seller after 8 days to ask if they could check the tracking number because it wasn't working, they were polite and friendly.
