    Good item description, fair price and very well packaged. Seller dealt with the order very promptly. Extremely fast delivery (only two days to doorstep from South Korea to France) thanks to FedEx. The power supply is working properly while it was mentioned "For parts or not working” in the listing.     The item was packed perfectly and there was no damage due the shipping and handling. Packing was foam in place and there was ample space in the box to protect the instrument of 40kg. I am so impressed! Seller communication was excellent and they supplied me with the progress of shipping and they took the trouble to test the item before sending it off. The honesty and professionalism of this seller is the best I have experienced on EBay. You can certainly buy from this seller with confidence.A1!

    Seller found a problem before shipping but was upfront and notified me of error. They agree to ship so I could try the unit out. On receipt of oscilloscope which was packed extremely well, I checked it out and the error was simply a case of restoring Factory Defaults to the EEPROM. Everything worked correctly after that. I am very happy with the purchase and commend the seller for honesty and upfront acknowledgement that the discovered an error. I highly recommend this seller A++(

    La fuente de alimentación llegó magníficamente embalada y en las condiciones descritas. El envío ha sido relativamente rápido, teniendo en cuenta la distancia recorrida. El único problema es que el vendedor no sabe como rellenar el formulario de envío de FedEx cuando es eBay la que cobra el IVA de importación en envíos dirigidos a la Comunidad Europea, cobrándolo una segunda vez a la entrega, y hay que pelear con eBay para que lo devuelvan, siendo imposible conseguir recuperarlo.
