Item was in BRAND-NEW Condition and in Original Whirlpool packaging. The package was shipped the next day after I paid, plus it was in the custody of the USPS later that next day. I am pleased to get high-quality OEM washer parts at a very attractive price-- even better than Amazon. I certainly recommend this seller for OEM appliance parts.

  Shipping time was very good, but price was a little higher than expected. Only downside was the Range it was going to be installed on has passed away & therefore, the part is no longer needed. I imitated a return request thru Ebay. The process was smooth & received a shipping label quickly. I would order from this seller again. The item was correct as advertised.
