  Good communicator. Swift delivery. Well-packed in a sturdy plastic box. True to scale. Included some duplicate pieces, for which I am grateful. Excellent workmanship: Everything fits together well. The gravestone is not as detailed as in the photo in the description, but I see that as a creative opportunity. Several small pieces. I see this model at a moderate to advanced skill level because experience with other figure models would make this model easier to assemble.

  The item is as described, I love the look of this piece, a beautiful sculpt, excellent quality. The shipping arrived earlier than expected and the packaging kept it in great condition. Definitely worth the value.

  Now this is customer service and support when item was not right they sent out an all new item and made it right…. Even with the crazy tariffs going on they were able to make it right… Thank you… I will definitely keep you in mind when purchasing my next figure….Thanks again….
