    I had originally ordered a pair of black Vibram V-Soul shoes but the seller noticed a defect and did not feel good selling me a pair of defective shoes. They offered me the same shoe but different color. I chose to have them send me the pink pair of V-Soul shoes. They shipped from Japan but arrived in just a few days. I was shocked at how fast they arrived! This seller has great communication, great customer service & quality products. I'd order from them again. I love them. Excellent value.

    Quality: product is very well designed and made, and in a set of three which is also a big bonus. I set a custom message explaining it was an upcoming birthday gift and they replied understanding the situation and shipped it ASAP. I have never had such amazing service like this and will buy more things from this seller. Condition: Amazing, well packaged, had an extra box that was actually cut in a way so the lid flaps open fully and does not damage the items box. Definitely worth the price.

    Shipping is fast, the packaging are very very safety, as described, but have a few defects on each bottle. Some are very visible and deep scratch, some are thin and not very visible. I actually hope the condition is better than this, but overall okay. the value are okay compare from other stores. Thanks so much.

    I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, NR Shop Tokyo exceeded my expectations. Firstly the shipping was very fast! My order arrived much quicker than expected. Secondly, perhaps most importantly, everything was packaged with incredible care. Everything arrived without damage. My son and I were incredibly lucky and pulled a 1/1 Ohtani from one of the three boxes we ordered. I highly recommend NR Shop Tokyo and will be a returning customer!!
