  The shop inadvertently sent a used versus new cassette. After being contacted, the shop quickly remedied the mistake by sending out a new cassette without requiring the old one be sent prior to the new one being shipped. They even sent a return label. Awesome shop, great and fast remedy! I would highly recommend this shop for awesome deals and as a top proshop. Check out their dreambuildbike.com website...wow!
