    USPS actually lost our card in the mail, and then told us there was no item attached to our tracking number. The seller investigated and, since neither of us could resolve, refunded us for the card. They’ve communicated with us all the way and, as a result, we’re still satisfied. 5-stars all the way for effort, price and good communication with good manners!

    Item sold as brand new, good condition. See pictures of how it arrived wrapped in a piece of paper & stuffed in a thin plastic bag. Contacted seller & you can see the response, lacking at all in sincerity or care. No offer of a partial refund or even to at least refund the shipping fees due to THEIR neglectful packaging. Gave it away rather than return because I'm too busy to try fitting post office trips in my day before they close. Terrible customer service, DON'T RECOMMEND SELLER TO OTHERS!
