  Just one small thing. It would have been helpful to say that the paper tray was secured by a small plastic clip underneath printer as it seemed it wasnt working. Seller was very quick in responding to my concern. I got my last printer from this firm and they are really reliable. I am so glad all is well now. Printer was very well packed. Courier did not leave first time though I was in waiting. Next day found he had gone to wrong flat but I managed to alert the next guy who delivered it to me!

  First item ordered was lost in transit. Seller contacted me & we agreed that I would receive another when it was ready. Have received the item now. It was packed superbly. The seller was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

  Outstanding Customer Service. I was sent a full maintenance kit instead of a refurbished Fuser Unit and when I queried it with the seller, he told me not to worry, said that they had made a mistake and that they were happy for me to keep the maintenance kit.
