    I’ve bought from this seller a number of times before and have always been happy with both the quality and value of their guitar parts. The strap button pins I ordered recently did not arrive (very likely a Royal Mail issue) but Northwest Guitars UK customer services were great to deal with and resolved the issue quickly.
