  Shipping and packaging were great! The description was wrong and deceitful, It specifically said that the quartz tube was included. Upon inspecting the used item, most of the quartz tube was missing, none of the shards of the 36" long tube were inside the sterilizer meaning it did not break in transit. He did not respond to my requests for help or compensation. I gave them plenty of time to respond.

  seller disclosed damage that occurred during storage that was not shown in the listing, then instead of a partial refund, cancelled the order citing "customer request" I got my money back, but didn't get the item or a response to my follow-up message.
