      Item exactly as expected. What made this transaction exceptional is that USPS tore the packaging open in transit and the 2 small parts fell out and were lost. USPS did deliver the packaging, taped shut with tape that had "damaged" imprinted on it. The seller promptly shipped replacements to take care of me. What sets people apart is when they take care of things when they don't go as planned. Chris took care of things!! Highly recommend!!

      North Point CDJ is an excellent co to deal with! I ordered a part for my Ram that I gave them. They verified from my Vin number that it was the incorrect part which thay communicated to me. The correct part they could not supply so I was able to cancel the order and they refunded me almost immediately. Saved me a week or better waiting for the part only to find it was incorrect! Excellent Ebayer!!!

      Seller took the extra step and reached out because they realized the part would not fit the vehicle on my account and it was not retunable. I was buying for someone else so was not an issue but that extra step before just sending the item shows me the seller is honest and has integrity. Part was also in perfect condition.

      This is somewhat hard to find OEM part. But they had a few in stock. Shipped within in a couple days. Installed and back in operation. Thanks for the great communication and fast shipping!!🤙🏽
