    Unfortunately our parcel got misplaced as delivery driver apparently left it when nobody was in, so item never received. In view of this, the company were really responsive to sort out getting a new item delivered or refunded and actioned it really quickly. They were very understanding and I was happy with their customer service. Would be happy to order from them again.

    I had a small problem with my Nano mister sent a message to seller. Next day I got a reply next day from them. Sent me a new one which arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service Love the Nano and really works on my very dry eyes.
